Intensiver, süß malziger Beginn, viel Kaffee, Unmengen an Schokolade. Darin wiederum viel Vanille, Karamell, Pistazien. Der Alkohol kommt zwischenzeitlich durch, stört aber nicht. Ahornsirup, weiter Schokolade und Kakao, langer Nachgeschmack. Hervorragend! 12/14/12/14//13

Draft. A black beer with a thine brown head. The aroma has notes of wood, brett, roasted malt, and a bit of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, brett, prunes, and wood, leading to a dry finish.

aroma of tofee, praline, chocolate desserts, dark chocolate, chocolate with booze in it, faint cake frosting note, faint dough note. Flavor is fruit chocolate, the end is more like coffee bitterness, the fruits are red berries and citrus fruits, but faint, the end is a lot more coffee and roasted malty bitter.. if I should've guessed the style I would have guessed pastry stout or sour stout. the maple syrup adds a honey like sweetness I think. Certanly complex, also a bit all over the place with no clear sense of direction or plan.

A: hazy black, thin, beige head.
A: maple wood, caramel sauce, cappuccino, pistachio.
T: sweet caramel, pistachio, milk chocolate, mocha.
F: herbal hops, sweetened coffee, caramel, warming liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, syrupy texture, average carbonation.
Tasty, albeit on the 'added sweetener' side.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with quickly fading brown foam. Aroma is very strong, also at distance. It's intense with chocolate and liquor, molasses, licorice, some spicy feeling like of similar to cinnamon, also strawberries. Body is fairly dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, with some roastiness. Final is fairly long, sweet, and spicy.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep red, with rather fine link foam. Aroma is fairly intense of cherries and strawberries, recalling a cherry pie. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is an interesting mix of medium sour and moderate sweetness. Final is chewy and fairly long.

Draught No head left; uniform black, still beer. Sweet, cacao, chocolate, vanilla beans and sweet roast. Some heat from the cayenne, lots of cacao and cocos, and quite some whisky-like booze. Good balance from the ingredients, important. Fully oily feel, full bodied, heat. Good one, if not sampled under ideal circumstances.

A: pear syrup, molasses, date, chocolate sauce, bourbon.
T: very sweet date & fig, molasses, dark honey, herbs.
F: herbal hops, bit peppery, dried fruits, warming bourbon alcohol.
P: full body, syrupy texture, soft carbonation.
A pure syrupy delight. Lovely.

Tap at Væskebalancen. Black, low brown head. Praline nose with licorice and pistachios. Medium full body. Chocolate ganache, salt, light lavender, vanilla/tonka, chocolate finish. Dry port finish. Intense, but not cloying dessert impy.
