Description
We launched in December 2017 as a small team with big ambitions to make beers bursting with flavour. Inspired by the outdoors and our love for adventure, we began to develop a surreal and exciting world to reflect the flavour of our beers. Hops climb mountains, barrels dwell in caves and mischievous fruits roam free.

Can. Hazy amber beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Palate feels slightly viscous for the abv, decent fine minerally carbonation. Sweetish malts, smooth and mildly dry. Ripe citrus, mostly orange peel. Good cooling pine and a little hop spice. Light dry crispy finish leaves a mild bitter linger. Not bad.

Can from Westhill SS. It pours hazy pink / rose with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy raspberry, salty, raspberry cheesecake and jam. The taste is crisp, dry, tangy raspberry, sweet - sour, lactic, raspberry cheesecake, salty, quite savoury and a kick of acidity with a dry, fruity finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fruity aspect is OK, but it feels a bit muddled.

Bottle picked up from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, Powys, Wales. Consumed at home Sunday 15th April 2018 Pours black with a slim light beige head. The ginger gives a big kick of heat. This is thick in the mouth, warming but punchy. A little sweet liquorice coming through more than chocolate, some chilli. Its really good. *Thank heavens for the notepad app on my phone, where this rating still was, this after Glen inadvertently deleted my original rating after I had listed it as Part 4 by accident when adding it. :-) A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9
