Seit 2014 brauen wir als sogenannte Gypsy Brewer in der Brauerei Rogg im Schwarzwald oder machen spannende Gemeinschaftsstunde mit befreundeten Brauern aus Frankreich oder der örtlichen Gastbrauerei. Alles geschieht aus DIY Basis - von Rezeptentwicklung bis Vertrieb. Unsere prämierten Biere sind von den Einflüssen der US-amerikanischen Craft Beer Szene geprägt und spiegeln die Vorlieben und Einflüsse aller Braukollektiv-Partner wieder.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear amber, coarse head. Bready nose with gooseberry, grapefruit and strawberry. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Rich on bready malt, some dank grapefruit. Mid bitter finish. Nice!

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear deep copper colour, rich head. Toasty nose with some leafy hops. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Toast, grass and red berries. Mid bitter finish.

ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, pine - citrus, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20210624]

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy mber, mid sized head. Aroma of grapefruit and phenols. Dryish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Green apples, some caramel. Mid bitter finish.
