Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a hazy bright big golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out an almost wild character despite this not being a wild ferment: there's light farmhouse notes and bone dry apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with a touch of farmhouse character, hay, and bone dry apple skins. Finishes full-on, dry and rustic. Very good.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fairly bone dry apples with nary a trace of kiwi. Flavour is essentially bone dry, with crisp apple skins, mineraly notes and again no trace of kiwi. Too mineraly but not bad.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of floral hops with subdued apple skins. Flavour is dry and hoppy, with floral hops, crisp apple skins, and some subtle earthiness. Floral and hoppy finish with almost no residual sugar. It's alright.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apple skins, light earthiness and apple core. Flavour is fairly dry, with apple skins, a touch of toffee-like sweetness, and a mineraly finish. Finishes dry. It's fine.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with minimal white head. Dry-ish apple upfront with a slightly sweet finish, seems slightly unfinished. Average.

Darker clear purple body with no foam. Smells of okay currant, but a little too soft. Taste is bright currant, good vanilla, some wood notes, ends full and dry. Fun, good flavour, a nice level of complexity.

Very nice hazy plum body but no foam. Smells of soft plum juice, vague apple. Taste is mellow plum, authentic, but not too sweet. Ends smooth but some carbonation would help. Good flavour, but would work better if it sparkled.

Nice hazy white body, pink tones, no foam though. Aroma is mellow rhubarb, fresh and juicy at least. Taste is good rhubarb, soft grape must, vague apple. Ends smooth but could use a little carbonation. Still, sophisticated enough.

Okay clear gold body and no foam. Aroma is too weak, maybe a bit of sweet apple but it's hard to tell. Taste is smooth apple, a bit of caramel. Unfortunately a little weak and lacking character.

Okay medium gold body with minimal foam. Smells of fruity apple, though a little thin. Taste is musty apple, good burlap funk, lingering sweetness but could use more carbonation. Nice elements, but could be better.
