A lightly hazed blonde helles with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light chalky notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice classic helles with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and classic. On tap at brewery.

Draft: Poured a light yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with limited retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt with some wheat notes and light bready yeast notes is quite satisfying. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt with wheat malt and a dry finish with light floral ester. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Body is light with good carbonation. Easy drinking saison with good level of complexity.
