Description
Sometimes you have to take a big breath and jump into the unknown. This freedom, curiosity, and openness also led us to embrace what we have always wanted and create the ''White Rabbit'' brewery.
Because beer is our passion. We deal with this day and night. We are open, experimenting, learning, evolving - and only bottling and filling into a barrel a drink that meets the most stringent standards. For our own. And of course yours.

Can from a swap with the brewery. Pours opaque orangeish golden with a finger wide, quickly dissipating white head. Nose is orange jam, light candy notes, citrus zest, and some booze. Taste is sweet up front, showing booze, candy sweetness, tropcial fruits, orange jam and citrus zest, light grassy notes and mango. There's some bitterness in thee but it's mainly just to counterbalance the huge body, but it's nicely balanced anyway. Closes with a long lasting, sweet and rather NEIPAish finish, has a huge body and soft carbonation. It's nothing liek the usual modern NETIPAs in which the booze or body is nowhere to be found but I didn't mind it al all. Nice one.

Bottle at home from a swap with the brewery. Pours a deep, almost brown copper with a long lasting off-white head. Nose is sweet malts up front, caramel and bread, with a hint of smoke and wood. There’s also some citruses and grassy notes. Taste is deep, malty, there’s caramel and dark sugar and some bread, with hints of the barrel here and there with vague smoke. Some hop character is also detectable, I get pine, grass and citruses. Closes with a vaguely hoppy, somewhat sweet finisg, has a surprisingl rich and smooth body with only some light carbonation. Interesting concept, and it works for me. This is also something I highly appreciate about this brewery: they’re willing to give ideas a go that are unusual or can’t be seen elsewhere on the market.

Tap at Kraft, courtesy of the Feher Nyul crew, koszike! Jet black pour with a thin, beige head. Nose is intense, showing chocolate, light roasted malts, coffee, earthy notes, molasses and whiskey. Taste is sweet with a warming sensation, showing whiskey, wood, cocoa, coffee and a hint of vanilla and some nuts. Closes with a long lasting, slightly boozy, rich and chocolatey finish, has a big, somewhat creamy body and soft carbonation. Nice one again from these guys.

Tap at Kraft. Deep, semi clear golden pour with a white head. Nose is bittersweet notes of grains and grassy hops. Taste opens with moderately sweet malts, but then quickly turns bitter, showing grassy and somewhat herbal noble hops. Closes with a dry finish, has a light, crisp body and average carbonation. Well done!

Tap at the brewery. Hazy, murky golden pour with a white head. Nose and taste are citruses, floral notes, tea, light tropical fruits, melon and cedar. Creamy, pillowy body with soft carbonation, very easy to drink. Perhaps not your usual NEIPA, but a nice beer nevertheless.

Can from the brewery.

Bottle shared at the taproom. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee and fruity, cherry notes with some spice and wood. Taste is moderately sweet, malty, chocolatey with a nice, slightly acidic coffee and sherry notes with some cherry and wood. Closes with a warming, sweetish, slightly boozy finish, has a medium to full body and soft to average carbonation. I've had better BA beers from these guys, but this is a solid brew anyway.

Can shared at work. Kozepesen testes, atlagos co-val.
