Bottle shared in London - thanks to Tipple. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. A little saison yeast in the nose, nips of lemon, melon, straw. Light to medium bodied with low bitterness, wheat bread, tangy lemon. Meidum bodied with active carbonation. Balanced finish, some lemon meringue, more melon, wheat bread. Solid.

Bodney Bier Huis bottleshare. Thanks to Tips. Light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Very light malts, sweet. Floral sweetness. Mild brett. Light lemony citrus. Fluffy dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle, courtesy of tinu, many thanks! Pours unclear lemon peel, gusher. Aroma is barrel funk, pear, sour candy. Body is medium, tartly sour, pear flavours, again candy, lively carbonation. Dryish palate. Better than the non-BA.

Bottle, thanks to Toni Flueckiger! Pours darkest brown. Aroma is boozy, barley wine, caramel, soy sauce, spruce, raisin. Body is heavy and strong, more old hops present here, really boozy, but rather smooth throughout. Caramel notes, hops bitterness. Well done!

Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, raisins, a bit oxidized, eucalyptus, spruce. Taste is chocolate, soy sauce, honey, quite some bitter hops left. More and more vintage flavours and dead yeast with every sip. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very interesting.

Bottle, courtesy of DerA, vintage 2013. Pours black. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, a bit goo-y and dusty, clearly not young. Body is heavy, strong caramel and coffee and chocolate, some liquorice. A good aged strong imperial stout. I can't find any smoke in this, but it is beautiful.

Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is ashtray, smoked, smells like it has umami in flavour. Taste is ashtrays, meat, chocolate, a touch oxidized, just the right amount, caramel. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Long umami aftertaste. Excellent!

Bottle. Pours black with a low head. Aroma is isopropanol, chocolate, coffee, chemicals. Body is heavy, strong and sweet and bitter, slightly boozy, some coffee and caramel and chocolate, but not quite harmonic. Lingering palate, a bit boozy. Not as harmonic and nice as the original 2016 or 2017.

Bottle, courtesy of Manu. Pours black with a soft beige head. Aroma is rust, chocolate, funk, barrel. Body is strong, very sour, lots of vine barrel funk, sour and bitter and sweet, decent body. A bit of tar and licking hot railroad tracks. Works very well though. Amazing that Switzerland can produce such beer!
