Als Abschluss zu einem tollen bierigen Geburtstagsausflug gönnte ich mir dieses klassische IPA, das es auch vom Fass gab. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen 😊, hebt sich aber auch nicht vom Mainstream ab.

Das Bier wurde zwar als Session PA betitelt, aber ist ein einfaches zehngrädiges Helles 💨. Ich weiß nicht, ob mein Exemplar schon alt war, aber es war jedenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Es hatte einen muffigen Ton nach abgestorbenen Moos 🌵und die Hopfigkeit ging in der trüben Suppe 🍲 unter.

Tap. Hoppy aroma and taste, tropical fruit, medium bitter, light sweet notes. Mwdium body, hoppy fruity bitter sweet finish. Ok.

Can from Galerie or Base Camp, shared with Fil and Ryan. Murky golden body, off-whtie head. Peach, mandarin and ginger in the aroma, well, no surprise there. The taste is dry and tart, with ginger dominating over light mandarin. Solid!

Tap at NaPalmě. Huge thanks Taška! Hazy golden-yellow body. Soapy, lightly buttery, floral, bit peppery aroma. Sweetish taste, apricot, berries, dusty... Okay. Shame about the butter!

500ml Can - Golden with a white head. Floral hops, grain and some slightly biscuity and earthy notes in the aroma. Nice malty base in the flavour with some biscuity and some slightly nutty notes alongside floral hops, grass, herbs and some hints of dried fruit.

Can from BeerPeak. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Citric, full, sweet orange and coconut aroma, lovely. Sweetish perfumey taste, coconut, stone fruit, light orange notes. Herbal, bit floral, soapy, lightly grainy maltiness. Nice!

Can at Base Camp with Barba and Elena. Murky yellow-orange body, off-white head. Citric aroma, lychee, dry herbal notes. Dry taste, floral, herbal, some melon as well. Okay, just slightly chalky.
