Can shared by omhper, thanks.
A bit fruity aroma blended with the roasted malt.
Dry and nice body that gives it big drinkabillity.

Med-thin bod, med carbo. Med-high sour, combo lacto-fruit. Med sweet, not cloying. Little anything else. Lots of red fruits, undisclosed. I get most of sour cherry, light raspberry. Not sure if anything else is used. Overall good basic fruit sour.

Thinnish body, med-high carbo. Med-high sour, combo fruity lacto. Light sweet. Hard to identify fruit(s), something exotic, pineappley, pomeloey. A bit basic, but good, easy drinking.

Thin body, no carbo. Med-light sweet, light sour. Low bitter. Medium wine character, red part is kinda cabernety, also slightly filling out the body. Idk about the white part. Farmhouse character is light, but present. Rather grapey. Overall good but NG.

Tap at t' PUUB. Paaale hazy yellow body, off-white head. Smooth, floral aroma, lychee, light citric and honey notes. Smooth lychee-driven tropical taste, okay, but I'm getting very low cabbage, which is weird considering that the beer is extremely new. Maybe some tap issue? Was I the first to order it that day? Not sure but it didn't sit well with me. Might rerate it...

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026 - figured I'd give it another shot with 6 more months in its butt, to see how it aged - and didn't make a mistake. Bretty, oaky aroma, somewhat tart. The wood is still there, but seems the wildness tidied itself up slightly. It shows in the taste too - light wood, some brett, pineapple, herbal touches, smooth, light, drinkable. Still not for everyone, but a decent take!

Tap at t' PUUB. Score! Lightly hazy dull golden body, thick off-white head. Tart aroma, light grapes, lactic acid, wood, saisonish funk. Lean, dry taste, some caramel, wood, saison funk, lively carbonation, sharp initially and slightly unwelcoming initially, smooth somewhat as it warms. Weirdly, got mild heat as well. All in all, a fun experiment, but both had better ones! 8/7/7/7/7
