Sample at work, courtesy of Marek. A very nice showcase of Citra all around, citric, fruity, candyish. It’s slightly sweet but also has a bitter touch to it. Silky, fairly creamy with soft carbonation. Well done.

Tap at Salon Piva, courtesy of Marek. Hazy pour with a white head. Nose and taste are tropical fruits, citrus zest and stone fruits with some candy and a hint of coconut, fairly standard Mosaic-Citra duo with just a hint of Sabro. Its strength lies more within its balance imo, it’s nice and round and well balanced. Pretty nice IPA all around!

Tap at Salon Piva, courtesy of Marek. Opaque golden pour with a white head. Nose is esters, malty sweetness, some herbal notes. Taste is somewhat bitter, but has more of the malty sweetness and the spicy estery yeast character. I wouldn’t have guessed the wine yeast even though it’s more or less apparent that there’s a twist in there. I would’ve liked a bit more dryness and bitterness, but it’s more than decent nevetheless.
