Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Rauchiger, durchaus scharfer Antrunk. Im Verlauf nimmt die Schärfe leicht ab, die Rauchigkeit bleibt konstant, etwas trocken. Mittellanger Abgang, in dem die Schärfe nochmal zunimmt. 10/11/11/11/8/11
