Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Slightly unclear golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt and pepper with smoked meat. Flavor is a smooth combination of smoked malt, caramel, cured meat, chili pepper and some smooth toffee. Smooth chili burn in aftertaste.

Taster at the BIERlab, Zürich. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- pale plums, floral, spicy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, fruity, spicy, floral. Medium bodied. Good.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of vanilla, wood, pale malt, ripe fruits. Taste of vanilla, sweet strong malt, caramel, boozy.
