Tap at Ovipistan TTO at Maly pivo. Golden colour, brilliant clarity, poor head retention. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Also feels a bit old, as did the Tajemnik. The Sladek-Saaz-Citra hops combo seems to be nice, but past its prime here, with a bit of cheesy off character. High bitterness, rounded by age, med-light sweetness, a bit of caramel. Good, but kinda simplistic, boring, and feels past its prime. Average-good.

12.2.2025. Tap at Ovipistan TTO at Maly pivo. Medium body, med-light carbonation. Shitloads of caramel, sugary. Truly red feeling, which I dislike to be honest. Lacks malty complexity, is just intense with no nuance. Hops in the background, slightly earthy, grassy. Light oxidative red fruit and estery feeling. Medium sweetness, med-light bitterness. Somehow feels watery even though it is sweet. Not my favourite, feels tired. 5,9.

Tap at Ovipistan TTO at Maly pivo. Excellent pilsner type beer. Little else to be said. Golden colour, on slightly paler side, mini haze present. Stable white head. Assertive moderate grassy herbal hops character, classic Saaz, with med-high bitterness, soft feeling though. Background malt, slightly bready, light sweetness, pretty dry feeling, just enough body to make it not feel watery. Med-high carbonation. Light yeast presence too, very clean, classic lager feeling. Excellent drinkability. Epitome of style, and beer overall even. Great.

Tap at Kulovy blesk. Med-thin body, med-high carbo. Med-high bitterness, med-light juicy sweetness. A bit phenolic, medicinal. But mostly citrusy, exotic hoppy. Overall not great, not terrible.

Tap at NaPalmě on... Sunday I think. Clear golden body, thick off-white head. Floral, bit fruity, lightly buttery and citric aroma. Floral hoppy taste, bit citric, lightly earthy, yeasty, vague DMS. Ah, not entirely clean, but the Czech hop profile is pretty nice here!

Draught (Napalme, Prague) - Golden with a white head. Grapefruit, pine and some hints of orange and grass in the aroma. Grapefruit, orange, pine, a hint of caramel and a fair amount of bitterness.

Tap at NaPalmě. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Dank notes and herbal touches in the aroma, light citrus and white grapes. Similar taste, cleanish malty body, herbal-dank touches, light citrus and white grapes from the Nelson. Sweetish, not bad!

Tap at Žižkov na Žižkově. Golden body, white head. Oily, bit herbal aroma, lightly eggy, dusty. Herbal, mildly eggy, woody taste, not an IPL by any standards, but okay as a pilsner.
