Cask at the Brewery. It pours clear gold with a thick white head. The nose is, soft, lemony, brioche, muffin and light sherbet. The taste is clean, crisp, floral, lemon poppy seed muffin, sherbet and toasty grain with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Clean, crisp and rather drinkable. Nicely done.

Cask @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. Lightly unclear dark orange color, medium sized beige head. Smell and taste light to moderately malty, lightly bitter, lightly fruity, a bit dry. Average body and carbonation.

Cask gravity at the Wandsworth summer beer fest. Aroma is hop leaf, wort, smells like homebrew. Under fermented. Very clear pale yellow lasting loose white head. Flavour is straw, lemon, hop leaf, biscuit. Palate is semi sweet wort under attenuated. Lingering citrus is nice.
