In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light lactic notes, light dark fruits, Epsom salts, very nice and complex.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, light black pepper, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, light buttery notes, light Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex.

1/3 pint draft @ The Barrel Project taproom. 2£ for the pour, not bad price for the quality.
Couleur brune foncée, col blanc-cassé.
Arôme est de suite sur de beaux effluves de café - torréfié, grillé, avec un retour délicat sur le vinaigre-aigre mais sans être trop dominant.
Palais présente une belle note 'sour' avec de suite un excellent café grillé assez frais sans avoir ce côté café froid - petite touche de fruits noirs - mûres en retrait, sour red berries, fine aigreur avec un léger rappel de vieille brune et encore un retour de fin de bouche sur le café.

Keg @ London Beer Factory - Barrel Project. Hazed gold appearance, small white head. Big stonefruit nose, ultra defined fleshy nectarine and stone.. bright sour complexity. Lovely stuff.

Keg @ London Beer Factory - Barrel Project. Pours gold with a fine mist. Thin white ring atop. Ultra crisp, prickly sour with a pleasant Chardonnay influence.. comes across well, distant oakiness on the finish.

Keg @ London Beer Factory - Barrel Rooms. Pours opaque hazed orange, no head. Prominent peach and mango smoothie vibe, but feels a little thin and dry on the finish. Nicely fruity, moderately sweet, but again a touch too dry.
