Bottle, smallish head, light hazy orange colour with yellow taints, aroma of white wine vinegar, wood varnish, some leather, wood and a light spicy hint, aroma of white wine, vanila, fruity and flowery hints, mellow vinegary sourness. Quite complex and really good.
