On tap at Ferguson, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, some stone fruits and maybe a hint of pepper. Flavour reveals the pepper more so, with a nice citrus hop character, and light stone fruit. Citrus and peppery on the finish. Fun beer, but I wouldn't rush back to it.

On tap at Ferguson, pours black with a small beige head. Nose is soft, with light oats and some toasted malt. Flavour is soft, with a hearty oat character upfront, followed by toasted malt and a hint of dry cocoa. Nice structure and drinks easily. Soft mouthfeel. Good stuff.

Willebecher draft at the Ferguson Brewing Company in Ferguson, Missouri. The pour is a mostly orange golden with a small white head. The aroma is floral, hop resin and fresh cracker malt. The taste is a nice blend of the floral resin hops and the clean cracker malt. The palate is medium bodied with active natural carbonation and a mineral resin finish. Nice.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a ok lemon with something like a wheat malt. Flavor is better. Lots of the lemongrass comes out with a dry malty backbone. I did not get much of a saison aspect to this but it was a decent beer with the lemongrass in the spotlight here.
