13/IX/15 - as Chodovar Cerne Zamecke, 50cl bottle from a trade - BB: 14/XI/15 (2015-1187) Thanks to motelpogo for the trade!

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, hay,g rains, cow fodder, barn. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, malty, some caramel, hay, lots of cow fodder. Aftertaste: malty, little bitter, caramel, fudge, bit hoppy, roasted.

Fonefan 280215. Golden colour with a white head. Flavour is fruit, malt, floral, grass. Boring beer.

Aroma of meat and leather, with a boring brown body. Flavour is very weak malt and caramel, like water. It’s boring and bad all around.

Aroma of hops and weak malts, body of boring yellow. Flavour is weak grain and sour metallic notes. Weak on the mouth. It’s a poor excuse for a beer.

Fonefan 280215. Dark brown colour with beige head. Flavour is roasted malt, sugar, coffee, toffee. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle at base camp. Brown amber, huge head. Light Caramel malt, bit earthy. Lightly sweet, malty, some caramel and a touch of chocolte, earthy. Peppery hops. Decent, not special.

Bottle at Klub. Deep, bright gold, clear, bubbles, medium pillowy head. Nicely malty nose, bready, fruity. Full body, sweet fruity malt, a bit heavy. Nice, but a bit too sweet. Overall, a nice special.

20/VII/15 - 50cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: 8/VIII/16 (2015-947) Thanks to motelpogo for the trade!

Little cloudy amber beer, creamy off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very metallic, hay, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, caramel, grains, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: very malty, bit sweet, hay, nice bitterness, bit metallic.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Chodovar Mr. Albi Černý ležák ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, brown sugar, light burnt brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, brown sugar, caramel, sweet malt, light roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150228]

Appearance: Clear golden color. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, malty, very light fruity hops.
Palate: Medium body. Light dry finish.
Overall: Pleasant sweet taste.
