On tap at Single Hill - Seattle, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma has toasted malt, light roast, and some earthiness. Flavour is dry, with soft toasted malt, earthiness, and bready malt. Clean but not much malt depth or anything interesting here. Meh.

On tap at Single Hill - Seattle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some allium, melon, mandarin orange, and citrusy hops. Flavour has bitter citrusy hops, some mandarin, and lots of bitter pine. Lots of mandarin on the finish, but thr beer doesn’t come together—lacking depth and malt base. It’s okay.

On tap at Single Hill - Seattle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has gently woody, piney hops, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has some stale herbaceous notes, grass, and bready malt. Not a great hop expression, nor malt backbone. Herbaceous and stale. Not great.

Opaque…kellerbier? Wtf? Hazy pale? Soft malt, some gooseberry sort of hop. Nothing like kellerbier and just a simple hazy apa.

On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of woody, piney hops, tropical melon, and light citrus. Flavour reveals the Chinook beautifully, with tons of woody pine, some tropical melon, and a touch of dankness. Woody, piney, dank, dry finish. Fantastic westy.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma bursts with that Riwaka—that’s some intense melony, white wine brightness—along with tropical fruits, citrusy hops, pine, and resinous hop oils. Flavour is super vibrant and potent for a 4-month-old IIPA, with huge tropical fruits, lemon, piney hops, some resins, and sweet bready caramel malt. Balanced impeccably well, with a solid malt foundation to serve up those potent hops, finishing light-to-moderately bitter for the style. Excellent.

Reddish brown colour, not much head. That is a nice chewy crystal malt and toffee aroma with earthy c hops. Bourbon hits big, it isn’t sweet enough to be refined but it’s solid.

Dark brown, sweet coconut, medium bitterness, decent stout, especially for the price point.
