Bottle from Hopfen and Maltz. Shandy coloured with a thin head. Aroma is slightly acidic. Flavour is sweet, fizzy bitter, dry base. Finish is a bit sour. Strange beer, improves as you get through it.

[ As Maxbrauerei Яussian Imperial Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sharp, dark roasted, light chocolate, light earthy, light smoked - earthy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, soy sauce, roasted, chocolate, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140301]

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 2 - 01/03/14. Dark mahogony brown with a good sized tan covering that retains well. Nose is tarte and tangy fruit, light roast, earthy notes, hint of chocolate, lactic ring. Taste comprises earthy cocoa, baking powder, dark fruits, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Very basic for style, lacks any great depth to the flavours considering the ABV.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy pale amber, rich lively head. Caramel and light lingnberry. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Caramel and mineral water. Low bitterness.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, brown beer topped by a dense, finger-thick beige to light tan head. The aroma has cocoa and chocolate, with some roasted malts and a fruityness. Dried fruits too. It’s full to medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Cocoa, chocolate, dried fruits, berries and some bitterness in the flavor. Lasting finish. Well, a tad messy this one, and sure lacking on the dark maltyness. 140301
