Towering, very dense, lightly yellowish head over pale golden beer. Huge head seriously hampers nose. Wheat, lactic acid, coriander, all obvious. Smells fresh, green. Sweetish-sour, lactic acid, fruity-lemony touches. Coriander less prominent, as is the wheatmalt. Some flavour as from berries. Light body, fine carbonation, refreshing. A quite nice... if I read the contents well, this is a Gose!

Bottle, thanks Beerhunter111! Golden color, hazy. Soft honey, orange and floral notes in the aroma and flavor. Sweet. Low on carbon. Is this a Bock?

Bottle, half a year past BB. Hazy copper, golden creamy foam. Perfumed hops, a hint oxidation I probably would not have noticed if I did not know the age of the bottle. Medium body, mellow sparkly chewy moutheel. Somewhat dry grain, malt juiciness, bisquits, grassy, lightly floral, very nice balance. Hops have degraded a little bit, but the nice dry crackerlike malt body more than males up for it - very nice.

Tap, as Geburtstagsbock. Hazy brown color with white head. Aroma is chocolate, milky yeast. Taste is chocolate, milky yeast. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite ok.
