(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruity and flowery hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and blossoms. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry pale malt character with citric and flowery hops; a tad slim and mildly hop bitter finish lacking the malty counterpart a bit. Nevertheless easy-going and refreshing. Rather an APA than an IPA imho. 16.VI.16

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Yeasty, bready malty aroma with notes of caramel, backed by resiny and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malt character with traces of caramel and a good dash of resiny and herbal hops, accompanied by further yeasty spice; dry-ish, moderately hop bitter and mildly malty finish with a spicy, almost a tad ethereally tail. Fairly good. 19.V.16

(bottle, 33cl, 9.9% abv) Dark brown colour with a beige and short foamy head. Licquorice-laden aroma with mildly roasted malty notes, hints of coffee, chocolate and wet wood, also a tinge of acidity. Moderately roasty bitter and slightly sweet flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Roasty malt character with loads of licquorice and shades of coffee and chocolate; dry and moderately roasty malty and bitter finish. Rather unbalanced Imperial Stout. 09.V.16
