Bottle(aGain a Great Garching Gift!): Orangey coloured, hazy to cloudy, stable mid-sized lacy off-white loose head; mild to moderate herbal-grapefruity nose, some fruitiness and yeastiness in the second row; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, creamy MF; lingering dry herbal-grapefruity finish, again some yeasty-fruity traces underneath. Needs some improvement…

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Fruity and resiny hoppy aroma with notes of cassis, grapefruit and a mildly cara-malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry cara-malt character with delicately bready and nutty hints, present resiny and fruity hops, lingering into the dry and bitter hoppy finish. Fairly good red IPA, or ESB interpretation. 25.X.15

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Fruity and slightly herbal hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and grapefruit, mildly malty background. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slightly strawy pale malt character with mainly fruity and delicately grassy hops; dry and fruit-accented hoppy finish with hints of strawy and slightly doughy malt. Not particularly demanding but okay. 25.X.15

Best before 16.11.2015. Moderate sourish-fruity beginning. Malt with a fresh fruity body. No bitterness, too much acid. Dry acid-fruity aftertaste. Strange with woody hints.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, offwhite lace. Straw malt and herbal hops, a hint onion. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Slightly wilder and more vegetal hop notes, otherwise just a pleasant drinkable pale ale.

(bottle) Dark brown colour with a beige and short foamy head. Roasty malty aroma with notes of coffee, liquorice, leather, subtle fruity accents and a whiff of smoke. Moderately bitter and delicately sour flavour, surprisingly light bodied with a calm carbonation. Slim and moderately roasted malty base with notes of coffee, liquorice, hints of chocolate, dried fruits and shades of smoked ham in the background; mildly roasty bitter, slightly sour and delicately smoky finish with notes of liquorice, chocolate and coffee in the aftertaste. Unfortunately too slim to be a real highlight. 14.IX.15

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Fruity hoppy and yeasty spicy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and a doughy malty background. Mildly bitter and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Fruit-accented citric hoppy taste with notes of grapefruitand traces of resin, backed by doughy malt; mildly bitter and delicately sour-fruity finish with notes of citrus. Simple but likeable summer Lager(?). 06.IX.15

(bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Yeasty and quite fruity aroma with phenolic spices and a touch of cara-malt. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, medium to light bodied with a tame carbonation. Soft cara-malty base with hints of caramel, chocolate and slightly fruity notes; moderately sweet and delicately fruity-tart finish with a very restrained level of bitterness, but notes of chocolate in the aftertaste.
