Tap bij dB's. Licht troebele gouden body met een mooie fijne witte kraag. Geur is vooral fruitig en iets gistig. Smaak is lichtjes bitter. Lichte body, niet te dun. Bitterheid blijft nog wat hangen. Ik betwijfel of dit nog uit de ketels van DNHBB komt.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly funky, yeasty fruity aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, peach, mirabelle, apricot, some mango, sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty and wheaty malty background, weak overtones with a touch of leather, even peat (barrel aged?). Taste is mildly funky yeasty and yeasty fruity, pale and wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, minimally diluted hints of peach, apricot, mirabelle, a peppery spicy yeasty touch as well, some fruit acidic tartness; aftertaste has a touch of leather and peat.
Watery texture, dry, almost minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Nice fruit flavours, surprisingly well matching peat and leather overtones (of what origin whatsoever) - wild!

From tap at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. More grainy than I expected with sweet almost creamy malt, modest hop, touch of caramel. Medium bitter, fairly sweetish. Different, sweet and grainy with bittering hop. Doesn't have the bubble gum associated with Sorachi hop.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierwinkelier.nl', best before January 2025. Hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of clove, lemon peel, some straw and light gooseberry. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and hints of gooseberry, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent, soft carbonation. Quite good for such a low abv, good body, fairly quaffable.
