Single from 604. Haven't been here in a while, mostly because of the lack of parking. Pint glass at home. Dull, hazy, strawberry lemon-colored pour with an oily, half-assed soda head. Strawberry lemonade nose, leaning sweet, kinda faint. Soft & subtle, mildly sweet strawberry jam. Quick ferment to grab that freshness. Bitey acid, almost no tartness. Slight floral slickness on the finish. Some sticky wax brings it to a full stop. Easy, fresh & sort of refreshing.

Pint can from Appalachian Vintner, 7/5/23. Hazy pale yellow, medium tan head, poor retention. Aroma of white bread, citrus. Taste is grapefruit, lime, pale malt. Juicy, low moderate bitternness. Decent. New brewery! Brewery #2183, USA #1777, NC #115.
