Clear bottle from their cider club. Lo-ball @home. Clear, dusty gold pour. Quick head. Dusty, chalky, mellow, alkaline apples, super faint funk. Yeasty, powdered, perry sweetness. Moderate acid, soft but lingering tartness. Lemon, calcium, saline, light tropical effervescence. Always well carbonated, some background vinegar, okay abv, pears made a mess & it's not dry enough for the brand. Still okay.

Bottle from their new cider club. I think this extended-ly aged bottle is available on their website. Mojito glass @home. Super fizzy, champagne rise & fall. Clear, somewhat dull 10k gold. Lemon, powdered sugar, dried apple, lavender, just really soft & powdery, but not weak or diluted. Lemon lime, lime pith, big chalk, dried apple, delicate florals, honey essence, cherry pit as it warms, supremely minerally & grassy bitter middle to end. I can't feel any oxidation in this, but I could just be enjoying myself. Somewhat wincing tartness, but lots to absorb it. Acid is moderate to great. Complexity without harshness. Crispy, dusty dry, not the absolutely smallest & professional bubbles, apple peel tannic, decent dry mouth. Basically lovely without being harsh. I've had more champagne-feeling ciders, but this one is actually quite unique. Very good. I don't always drink a full 750ml bottle, but this one I was hoping was bigger.

Bottle from their cider club. Sat on the porch for three weeks in December. Mojito glass @home. Cloudy, yellow gold, flash head. Lemon, earth, clove, wildflower honey, yeast chunks. Spiced. Lemon, cinnamon, mint, apple butter. Lingering nutmeg & menthol. Unlike any wild fermented cider I've had. Frothy, soft acid, boozy. Fun & confusing. Good.

Bottle from their cider club. Duvel glass @home. Bottle sat on the cold porch for two weeks after being in the mail. Pour is all head. Thin, clear, pale, Duvel-activated gold broth. Smell is a warming, yeasty, slightly sulfurous, mineral-y, melon scent. Bright, hyper-acidic, lively lemon, seltzer-ish, bitter melon, green apple, lots of peel, obviously dry, saline finish. Crazy thin. Not enough to write on. Really crispy. Boozy champagne. Harsh. Clean. Bubbly delicious & crisper than thought possible. The rating is more about the texture than straight flavor.

Bottle from Metal House. Cheapo stemless wine glass @home. Rich gold, jellied, active pour. Astringent, pithy, aerosol, fruit rind scent. Taste is bittersharp apples, grapefruit rind, bittergreens, lime, seeds, lingering lemon on my lips. Lots of core as it warms. Very clean & funk free. Super dry, super champagne-like bubbles, drying finish. Early 2K Eve's Cidery feels. Great bubbly that's missing just one note to make it awesome.
