Tap at Alles Elbe. Cloudy amber, offwhite lowish Head. Gunpowder apple cider aroma. Medium full but tartly dry body - indeed a mix of Weizenbock and secco, cool. Apple notes, cummin, allspice, clove, banana - all off it! Really interesting, a worthy experiment.

0,33 l bottle from Hopsession, Osnabrück. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grassy smell. Taste starts more grainy, some citrus, also little bit grassy. Smooth. Below average bitterness for a north west german Pilsener. Okay.

Mir schmeckt’s.
