Intense floral fresh beginning. Lots of hay, grass, like the dried grass smelled I bought for my hamster. Very intense with a nice deep bitterness. Hints of mint there, moderate grainy body. Lots of herbs in the aftertaste as well, very nice dry herbal bittered with hints of grain in the body. Fantastic but special.

Sweetish, moderately resiny and a bit fruity aroma of pine, tea leaves, some orange jam, a touch of wort and traces of mango. Quite sweet, malty, slightly bitter, moderately resiny and slightly fruity taste of tea leaves, pine, orange jam, tobacco, some wort and hints of mango, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry, gently resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent NA beer.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized frothy white head. Slightly biscuity malty nose with traces of honey, backed by floral and delicately grassy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Initially slightly sweet malty and earthy, woody taste with floral and grassy hops tuning in from the middle part, leading into a dry-ish and quite rounded bitter-sweet finish. 27.VII.18

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, brass colour average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Astonishingly intense, quasi condensed, slightly spicy, cucumber aroma, imagined hints of salt and pepper, dill. Taste is dry, spicy, notes of cucumber, salt, hints of white pepper, a touch of dill, subtle sweetness; slightly overcarbonated. Fluid cucumber salad - not that much Saison characteristics except for the dryness.
