Trocken herber Beginn, mild hefig. 8/10/10/10/10/10

Opaque dark brown colour with a ruby hue, tall macropore creamy tan head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, caramel. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee ground, spicy notes. Malty bittersweet aftertaste, chocolate, bit ashy, hint of salt. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, very nice.

Centennial, Chinook, Cascade and Mosaic hops. Clear amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Light malts bring a mild creamy sweetness. Decent hop spice and bitter floralness. Resinous orange peel and ripe orange. Mild lemon balm. Pine. Semi dry finish. Strong citric peel bitter linger. Robust and drinkable.

0,33 l bottle from Beer Supreme, Oldenburg. Gurke/cucumber version. Pours out unclear golden, small white head. Really cucumber on the nose. I´m very sceptical. Taste starts with a mix of dominating cucumber, less caramell, malt and yes, really fresh hopy, hints of pepper. Getting dry with a mid bitterness in the aftertaste. Tastes better than it smells. But to be honest very strange.
