16 oz can picked up at Hop and Hound. Bright pink tall boy so I naturally look good drinking this. Listed at 6.5% Expected a lot more cherry out of this, as it was to a minimum. Sweet apple, cool and crisp finish. Soft, sweet dessert cherry late linger. Overall good, but I may have missed the cherries if they didn't make it so obvious they used them on the can art. Turn it up!

500ml bottle from Press Online. Stemless @home. Good mousse, bit stagnant, dull medium gold pour. Earthy, grassy, medicinal, sweet onion, browned dessert apple nose. Taste is off-sweet leaning sweet. Floral, faint barnyard, sweet onion, light rubber, hay, caramelized apples, blend is light in bittersweet, celery, more dessert, mild tartness middle in, bright punch of acidity near the end, finish of chalky pith. Earthy final. Good carb, a bit thick, good acid, doesn't know if it wants to be sweet or dry. Solid price, decent quaff. Good overall.

On tap at Belmont Station - Bier Cafe, pours a fairly clear golden with a tiny head. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, hay, and dry apple skins. Flavour is full of barnyard funk, apple skins, and hay. Complex and wonderfully funky. This is great—quite authentic, funky and dynamic. Excellent.

Vintage bottle found during the move to Brooklyn. Bought this on letspour.com back in the day. 2012 label. Batch: 006. Bottled: 3213(huh?) Rare Vos glass. Clear, amber gold, faintly fizzy brew. Smells of bitter, oaky apples. Rum & lightly browned/macerated. Tastes of bitter apple core, chardonnay butter, vanilla, cedar(?), & a tiny bit of yeast. Only lightly sharp, with moderate acid. Robust for the abv. Flatting out, but it makes for a creamy, tasty still.

Tasting at Matt’s
Blond color. Interesting aroma, mild, ice cream waffle, hazelnuts, some fruit. Sweet, but with light bitterness, fairly acidic; enough fruit flavor; but not very complex and I wonder if they added sugar.

Bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Nose is nice an complex, with notes of pear, mint, and alcohol. Flavour is unique and complex, with pear, alcohol, and caramelized sugar. Quite hot, but really fruity and medium sweet. Really well-made. The pears offer a nice change from the usual apples. Medium body and medium complexity. Very nice stuff.

Bottle at Capitol Cider, Seattle
Cloudy pale blond color. Faint apple aroma, very light hazelnut and cider yeast (pedio). Dry mouthfeel; the flavor is almost watery, like 95% water and some apple juice.
Pretty useless.

Dark ruby color, no head. Nice berry aroma. Dry mouthfeel, the flavor is to light, with some berry touch.
Too weak, and no cider structure.

On tap at Bushwackers. Pours a reddish amber color with almost no head. The aroma is subtle berries and apple. The flavor is quite tart, deep sweet berries, tannins, low yeastiness, more natural tart apples. Quite nice.
