Sigar bomb. Like a kids fake apple juice in lunch box. Golden pour. Sweet finish. Tap.

Bottle. Pint glass. Intimidating mountains everywhere! Clear, pale, straw color. Quick hit of fizz, leaving a very active body below. Smell is light with mild tannic skin & citric acid. Taste is still light, though it delivers a much more fleshy, acidic flavor then the smell indicated. Snappy, dry, & faintly herbal. Finishes tacky on the tongue. Easy & inoffensive, while still maintaining a little bit of real apple escence.

Two bottles split amongst family during a post Christmas get together. Cute labels. :-) Clear, dark golden honey body. Faintly fizzy. Faint whiff of apple cores & tart apple flesh. Assuming this is somewhat sweet. A little old wood helps give it just a bit more character. Taste is strong and intense apples, sweet, tart and tannic. Woody, with tons of bitter skin to cut the sweetness. Thin, but not runny. Low on sulfites. I really enjoyed this. Great six pack cider.

Sampled during the wine tasting at Cartecay Vineyards. Light peach color, with no head. Nose is caramel, vanilla, and granny smith apples. Very tart, with a light sweetness and a dry finish. Light to medium body, crisp, and clean. This is a solid, surprisingly complex, and delicious cider.

Sampled during the wine tasting at Cartecay Vineyards. Dark, caramel, orange color, with no head. Nose is red delicious apples, caramel, and some light cinnamon and cloves. Sweet flavor, with only a hint of tartness. Medium body, creamy, and velvety. This is a nice, rich cider.

Sampled during the wine tasting at Cartacay Vineyards. Dark red color, with no head. Nose is red delicious, berries, and some cinnamon. Dry and acidic, with a twinge of tartness. Medium body, creamy, and a little clingy and astringent. This is a pretty nice cider, and a good idea, but the flavor is a little off.
