Review constructed from several stingy samples over at the Union Square Green Market.
Clear, pale, gray/straw sort of color.
Smells of muted pear perfume, alcohol, & simple syrup.
More bitter then sweet. Tangy/citrusy, with a gentle cream soda-ish sweetness. Leaning slightly dry.
Low acid & decently hidden alcohol. Creamy, turning thin.
A decent slosh if it didn’t come in a petty 375ml bottle.
