Sampled from a bottle @ Union Sq. Greenmarket. Pale, faint, sap color. Bright clarity. Smells of green apple skins, lemon, & a bit of simple syrup. Slightly creamy texture. Sharp apple flesh. Moderate to high acidity. Semi-sweet follow through. Just a little bit of tartness on the finish. Low sulfites. Thankfully lacking in that cheap table wine flavor that fumes out of most winery grade ciders. One of the better "apple wine" branded ciders I’ve had.
