BB 18.04.2023. almost black color, small tan head. smells roasty, toffee, bit leathery, almost smoky, nutty, hazelnuts, light spices. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes roasty, spices, toffee, bit nutty, some soy notes, spices, some caramel. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of caramel, spices and toffee notes. pretty good one, taste could be a tad more roasty.

Klare bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, würzig mit Anis und Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Das Herbstbier 2022 der Muttermilch-Brauerei, welche dem Getränkehänler Ammersin gehört, der wiederum Heineken gehört. Hier bekommt man ein Sauerbier, das mit Cornelkirschenpüree gebraut wurde. Landläufig kennt man die Frucht auch unter dem Namen Dirndl und ein Dirndlbier gibt es auch vom Erzbräu in NÖ. Das Bier ist schön sauer und hat feine natürliche Frucharomen, was es sehr erfriischend und spritzig macht. Mir persönlich ist es nur ein bisschen zu süß -das hat mir am Erbräu-Äquivalent besser gefallen.

Malty beginning. Slightly grainy, lots of caramel. Grain with a slightly sharp bitterness. Not as easy to drink. Very dry with a caramelly burned bitterness over a light body in the finish. Nice but a bit strange sharp bitter in the end.

33cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of spices, caramel and some pumpkin. Taste of pumpkin spices, caramel, red fruits.
