Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours hazy muddy light earthy. Aroma is typically yeast-forward bananas, but also some fruity aroma hops. Body is medium with a lively and dominant carbonation, decently sweet without getting heavy. Quite refreshing actually, with a mostly dry palate. Nice.

Dunkel malzig vanilliger Antrunk. Wenig herb, steigende Intensität. Eher geringe Süße, recht holzig. Dabei erstaunlicherweise kaum bzw. gar nicht alkoholisch, sehr weich. Dabei könnte im Nachgeschmack sogar noch etwas mehr Intensität vorhanden sein. Sehr gutes Bier, an dem nur noch ein paar kleine Details verbesserungswürdig sind. 7/12/12/13/11/12

Brown with little white head. Aroma is slightly burnt caramel, toffee, nuts, phenols, spices, muesli. Taste is blood, iron, roast, bitter and sweet. Too much metal for drinkability. Full body, spicy, oily. Nah.

Bottle, thanks jonas! Dark amber color with white ring. Aroma is prunes, fresh, cereals, orange juice. Taste is malty, cereals, some prunes. Oily mouthfeel, soft medium carbonation. Excellently balanced Bock - maybe a tad too light.

Brown with little white head. Aroma is some nuts with burnt caramel, some chalk. Taste is intense sour dust. Also spiky on the tounge. Didn’t enjoy this one so much.

Bottle. Brown color with red highlight and tan head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, yeasty. Taste is chocolate, some roasted malts, again with a slight yeastiness. Silky mouthfeel, medium fine-bubbled carbonation. Nice Dunkles!

(bottle, 33cl) Almost clear, amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Resiny and mildly fruity hoppy aroma with a mildly malty backbone and strong phenolic spices. Moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry and slightly bready malty base with hints of caramel, accompanied by resiny, herbal and slightly fruity hops; quite lasting, moderately hop bitter and slightly fruity finish with a phenolic spicy edge. (bottle, 33cl) Clear, dark amber to brown colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Mildly roasted dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, nutty hints, shades of molasses and a mildly touch of herbal-spicy hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Dark malt, slightly roasted taste with notes of bread crusts, caramel, a nutty edge and delicately herbal spice; lingering and rounded dark malty and mildly spicy hoppy finish. Well-matured and more-ish dark Bock. 22.XII.16

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Banana-fruity aroma with notes of citrus, yeasty and clovy spice, backed by present wheat-malt. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Wheaty malty taste with a touch of banana, as well as mildly sour-fruity notes of citrus; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish with a whiff of cloves. Decent. 01.XII.16
