Bottle. Roast almond aroma, caramel sweetness , spicy, flowery hops. Clear golden chestnut, golden cream Medium body, mellow, fruity chewy Bready roast, caramel, nice broad hop profile. From the aroma you think it will be sticky, but it is extremely moreish and dangerously drinkable.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber to copper colour with a beige and medium-sized foamy head. Mildly dark and buttery malty aroma with notes of toffee, bready accents and subtle fruity accents of red berries. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly bready and dark malty taste with hints of butter, toffee and berry fruits, leading into a lasting sweet-bitter finish with a fruity hoppy edge. Good. 27.XI.16

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, ruby amber colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Toasty malty aroma with notes of caramel, Malzbonbons, slightly leafy notes with a tinge of metal. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Leafy and slightly toasted malty taste with caramel, bread crusty accents and restrained hoppy notes from behind; moderately dry, leafy and slightly sweet malty finish withcaramel and a whiff of metal in the aftertaste. Bottle. Dark amber-brown color with beige head. Aroma is a bit of coffee, raisins, brown sugar, oak. Taste is brown sugar, chocolate, quite some oak, toffee, warming finish. Medium carbonation. Nice and well-balanced!

Tap at Munich Tap House, 16th November 16. Pours a light translucent brown, some carbonation. Aroma is cararmel, hops. Taste is smooth, grain, roasty, well balanced with bitterness.
