(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly toasted malty aroma with rounded citrus-fruity and slightly grassy hoppy notes. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly toasty malt character with caramel and present fruity hops, moderately bitter hoppy and slightly sweet malty finish with hints of caramel and a fruity hoppy edge. Good. 11.IX.16

Tap. Hazy amber color with creamy eggshell head. Aroma is peaches, herbal, grassy, piney hops, a bit buttery, some caramel. Taste is caramel, peaches, more herbal-grassy hops, a bit resinous, a bit buttery, . Not so much residual sweetness. Medium bitter, slightly warming finish. Fine-bubbled carbonation, oily mouthfeel, a bit too boozy in the back. Well-balanced and fresh - good!

(bottle, 33cl, as TMB Hell, 4.8% abv, brewed with Tradition & Saphir hops) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Strawy pale malty and slightly doughy aroma with minor grainy spots and a tinge of spicy hops. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Strawy malt character with a whiff of residual sugar, shades of grains and herbal hops to give a little balance; sweet and cautious bitter hoppy finish with discreetly grainy notes. Bottle, "TMB Helles", 5% ABV. Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with frothy white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is crackers, straw, a bit dusty, some malt sweetness, a bit earthy hops. Taste is honey malt body, straw, some yeastiness. Comparably dry finish. Smooth silky mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. I like the mouthfeel, but besides that, it?s nothing special - decent though!

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is slight banana and spices, nice and fresh. Taste is bananas, tropical fruits, some yeast milkiness. Medium carbonation. Really nice dryhopped Weizen. Incredible that this is just 4.1%...
