330 ml bottle from their brewpub in Bad Tölz.
Pale golden, clear body, with a big, frothy, lacing, white head.
Quite light aroma of grains, hay, sweet malts.
Tastes of grains, hay, sweet malts, subtle herbs.
Light mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, grainy, sweet malty.
OK. Nothing special, but clean and refreshing. Quite good for a Helles. Seems that they changed the appearance of the beer, no haziness at all, so this isn’t a Zwickel.

330 ml bottle from their brewpub in Bad Tölz.
Pale golden, crystal clear body, with a big, stable, frothy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of hay, grains, herbs, some citrus, honey.
Taste follows this pretty much, with the honey notes more present.
Light mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, grainy and with some sweet malts.
Very nice, solid Pilsener, clean and refreshing. The hayish grain notes feel very natural and I like the honey malt backbone. Not the best Pilsener I’ve had, but one I would gladly drink again.

Orange, hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head.
Aroma of sweet banana, vanilla, orange, spices, wheat.
Taste pretty much follows this.
Quite light mouthfeel, with a quite fizzy carbonation.
Finishes spicy, fruity, malty.
A quaffable, easy to drink, very solid Hefeweizen, typical for a small Bavarian brewery. Very nice stuff.

BOTTLE 33CL.
Look: clear yellow with a frothy white head.
Aroma: light acid fruity lollipop, lots of dirty esters, some hops maybe.
Taste: fruity, estery, rough with quite a bit of body.
Kinda under-lagered homemade lager. Still has some taste.

330ml bottle [’Tor des Monats’. A play on words: They regularly brew a ’beer of the month’ = ’Bier des Monats’; we all know about the suffix ’-tor’, typically referring a Doppelbock (and not a "simple" Bock); - ’Tor des Monats’ is a popular prize, meaning ’goal of the month’, awarded to the player scoring the most ambitious/aesthetic goal in soccer]. Clear amber colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Caramel malty aroma with a grassy, husky touch. Taste is grassy hoppy, minimally sweet caramel malty. Clear, narrow, far from complex.
