Hinter dem Munich Brew Mafia stehen zwei kreative Köpfe, die ihr Handwerk gelernt haben. Als Diplombraumeister und Bier-Sommerlier hat Dario Stieren das Wissen und die Leidenschaft. Da steht ihm sein Geschäftspartner Niklas Zerhoch um nichts nach. Zusammen brechen sie mit Bierkonventionen und ihre Interpretationen eines Craft Beer nehmen eine Reise um die Welt. Technisch ausgefeilt und mit viel Herz für das Brauen gehen sie immer neue Wege und setzen Akzente in der wachsenden Craft Beer Szene. Deshalb sollte man diese zwei jungen ""Mafia"" Paten aus München unbedingt im Auge behalten und sich die ein oder andere Schöpfung von ihnen kaufen. Immer nur so lange der Vorrat reicht - deshalb schnell zuschlagen und genießen.

Bottled 330ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, grainy caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, grainy, light ripe fruits and wheaty with candy notes in the finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Brown coloured, small pale beige head that went away fast, yeasty, fruity and light alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, light spicy and noticable alcohol with notes of speculaas in the finish.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Blackish coloured, medium sized pale beige head, light chocolate and pet food in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, grain and some pet food notes with light alcohol and quite dry finish.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orange, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, pale malty background with a minimally starchy touch, rather unspecific fruitiness, whiffs of honey. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty and mildly bitter, fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, hints of mirabelle and mandarine. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Slightly restrained hoppiness, Heller Bock resemblance due to the starchy aspects - so-so.

Bottle from Bierkiste. Black, lowish brown head. Bready grain , chocolate roast, medium full body, creamy chocolate and dry salt licorice, caramel, pleasant well balanced dry roast finish. Hop bitter aftertaste.
