Flasche 0,5l: Schwarz, deutliche Trübung, wenig flüchtiger mittelporiger beiger Schaum; sehr würzige + süße Nase, florale/grasige Hopfennoten, dunkle/getrocknete Früchte, dunkle würzige Süße, kräftig Röstmalz, Getreide, Röstaromen, nussig, dunkle Schokolade, etwas Kaffee, malzig-würzige Bitterkeit; sehr würziger + leicht süßer Körper, florale/kräutrige Hopfennoten, leichte Säure, kräftige Röstaromen, Röstmalz, dunkles Karamell, dunkle/getrocknete Beeren, cremig, moderate Kohlensäure, Haselnussschalen, Kaffee, Kakao; würzig-trockener Nachgang

Virtually black with a creamy, beige head. Licorice aroma with a hint of marshmallow. Taste is mildly sweet with a faint, coffee-sour bitterness that never really comes to the foreground. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, smooth. No sign of the alcohol. Lacks both the roasted intensity and depth of a really good impy. Feels like a decent Schwarzbier. Can’t believe there’s 8.5% in here.

0.5l bottle (that's novel for the style) from Ambasada. Shared with Fil and Ryan. Black-brown body, off-white head. Nutty, floral, bit soapy aroma, raisins, pleasant. Lean, dry taste, cocoa, milk chocolate, quite creamy with light alcohol. This is a pretty good one, have to say, nice!

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Blackish coloured, medium sized pale beige head, light chocolate and pet food in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, grain and some pet food notes with light alcohol and quite dry finish.

Bottle from Bierkiste. Black, lowish brown head. Bready grain , chocolate roast, medium full body, creamy chocolate and dry salt licorice, caramel, pleasant well balanced dry roast finish. Hop bitter aftertaste.

A black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, some tobacco. Taste of roasted dark malt, chocolate, some liquorice and tobacco.
