330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally bready, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, minimally fruity hoppy aroma, notes of honey, preserved yellow stone fruit, hints of pineapple, candied pineapple, some baked banana, caramel, a touch of wheat crisp bread, whiffs of clove Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, mildly bitter, fruity hoppy and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy, hints of honey and preserved yellow stone fruit again, a touch of pineapple, banana, clove, caramel.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation.
Quite sweet and fruity with some less common fruit flavours - meh!

Bottle from Ambasada. Murky orange-ochre body, thick beige head, lively carbonation. Creamy aroma, stone fruit jam, sweetish maltiness, light oxidation, herbal and spicy touches. Lean, dry taste, quite dried out, some caramel and banana, pineapple touches, some dried citrus, herbal bitter finish, vague yeasty and phenolic touches. Decent, would have been fun to try it fresh!

Bottle picked up from Craft Beer Shop and consumed at home Wednesday 5th June 2024, sat in the garden in glorious sunshine, Loz certainly brought the weather back from Greece with her. We had Asparagus wrapped in Smoked Tyrolean Ham in a Cheese and Mustard Sauce. Pours a grubby puddle looking amber/brown with large white/off white head. Usual wheatiness notes but banana is overipe here and less of the clove notes, there's a touch more hoppiness than one would usually find. Similar in the mouth department, over-ripe banana, wheaty, malty a little peachiness. Good beer.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before December 2024. Hazy, deep orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity aroma of banana, clove, honey, vanilla, mango, pear and traces of spruce. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of banana, grains, clove, nutmeg, honey, some mango and a touch of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Solid, pleasant Weizenbock, not as fruity/hoppy as expected, though.

Bottled 330ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, grainy caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel, grainy, light ripe fruits and wheaty with candy notes in the finish.
