On tap at Last Stand, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry cereal grains and a light herbal character. Flavour is dry and grainy, with cereal malts, straw and a touch of sweetness. Nicely constructed, but doesn't strike me as a helles.

On tap at Last Stand, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of whiskey barrels upfront, followed by booze and subdued floral hops. Flavour is very boozy, with lots of whiskey, perfumey hops and booze. I never understand the concept of barrel aging hop-forward beers and this simply confirms that. It's fun but lacking cohesion and quite messy.

On tap at Last Stand, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is very floral, with biscuity malt. Flavour is similar with light floral hops and stale biscuity malt. Not very impressed with the balance here. It's okay.
