Brewery draught, 8/27/23. Copper. Clear. Small, white head instantly to ring. Wow, if you told me I was drinking a Diacetyl seltzer, I'd be close to believing you, except that there's more body to it than a seltzer. Good malt depth, attenuation, all Diacetyl.

Brewery draught, 8/27/23. Iced tea, clear. White head to ring quickly. Nose is fresh Cascade and minimal toast, no iced tea or otherwise heavy crystal malt character. In the mouth it's not too toasty or bready with cascade and light caramel. Very dry. About as good as it gets for this miserable style.

Brewery draught, 8/24/23. Clear bronze-golden. Giant, off-white head, moderate retention. Nose is caramel, vanilla, earthy, toasty malt and peppery hop. Clean. Soft, malty, plenty of malt and red fruit. Good attenuation. Maybe a touch softer and creamier than I'd like a Vienna to be but I appreciate it's not a mouth full of toast and grain and sourdough. Clean, low hop, good attenuation.

Brewery draught, 8/24/23. Clear copper, small, white head, instantly to ring. Red fruits, maybe some Diacetyl, vanilla, iced tea. Loooota crystal malt. But the hops aren't resinous. Clean aside from Diacetyl. Iced tea, vanilla, buttercream, hops are perfectly bitter without being excessive. No resin, no heavy pine. So well-done and highly drinkable.

Brewery draught, 8/24/23. Moderately hazy, deep brass-pineapple. S.all, white head, quickly to ring. Nose is juicy tropical fruits, white wine, big mineral/sulfur and light woody Amarillo with lemon and tangerine. Cracker and biscuit malt supports gently. No resin or big spruce/cranberry from the galaxy. Impressive. Soft, juicy, dry, malty, bitter, with excellent tropical fruit and white wine. Chalky mineral on the finish is gravy. Wow this is pretty phenomenally well-done. Somehow no resin yet amply bitter but low pine and even low woodiness from Amarillo.

Brewery draught, 7/15/23. Dark, clear, dark beige head to ring. Dark chocolate character is authentic, strong, though not overpowering. Some base malt adds caramel character in concert with the dark. Soft, lightly malty though still a little more light bodied than I'd prefer. Very chocolatey with moderate roast and strong caramel. Clean.
