Brewery draught, 7/15/23. Dark, clear, dark beige head to ring. Dark chocolate character is authentic, strong, though not overpowering. Some base malt adds caramel character in concert with the dark. Soft, lightly malty though still a little more light bodied than I'd prefer. Very chocolatey with moderate roast and strong caramel. Clean.

Brewery draught, 7/15/23. Clear, brass-golden. Small, white head to ring Pleasant fruity, herbal, fresh cut grass hops with rustic grains and a clean, snappy yeast finish. Good maltiness featuring her ney and a hint of sourdough. Snappy, hoppy finish with good, assertive bitterness. Lingering sourdough and peppery, herbal hops.

Brewery draught, 7/15/23. Cloudy, pale golden. Sizeable, well-retained, white head. Quite malty with a hint of lemony acidity. Rich wheat, honey, bread. Soft, quite malty with a bit of soapy bitterness but it transitions to a lovely wheat flavor, nutty, chewy, rustic. A light butter flavor in there, not sure if it's diactyl but even if so it's not bothersome.

Brewery draught, 6/1/23. Dark, nitro, tan head still not that well retained. Dark chocolate, fudge, and soft, fruity coffee. Some hazelnut on the finish adds some acidity. Clean. Soft, malty, good attenuation. Not sure I love the hazelnut. Kinda bready-acidic. Eh, it's another technically good, clean, but maybe just a bit under malted beer from these guys.

Brewery draught, 6/1/23. Golden, clear, brassy. White head sits at cover. Not too hoppy in the nose. Hint of tropical, pine and wine sharing space with white bread like malt. Clean. Rather timid hops. Very dry, so-so malt texture. Could be better could be worse. Clean at least, no resin, heavy pine. Would like a bit more bright and distinctive character from these hops.

Brewery draught, 6/1/23. Clear, pale gold. White head falls quickly. Some paper and cracker, very light green apple. More paper, apple, cracker. Getting fruitier, almost minty tinged with warming and malt depth improved. Dry, clean, authentic.

Brewery draught, 5/20/23. Dark black, perfect, well-retained, nitro head is tan. Chocolate, espresso, vanilla with raisin, caramel and a smattering of dark fruit and hop. Clean, no booze. Roasty with lots of dark chocolate, tobacco and a touch of smokey roast. Very dry, medium bodied, assertive, clean. Class RIS done flawlessly.

Brewery draught, 5/20/23. Moderately hazy, blonde-brass. Small, white head. Sweat, cracker, spice, scant citrus. Clean, no alcohol resin. Clean and light bodied, lower malt depth, very dry with timid, spicy and citrusy hops. Lots of grainy cracker.

Brewery draught, 5/20/23. Moderately hazy bronze, small white head. Earthy, cellar must, sweat, nice. Honey and cracker malts, clean. Soft and malty, citra and maybe Mosaic, spicy not oniony. Good maltiness depth with solid attenuation. Clean, not resinous.

Brewery draught, 5/20/23. Moderately hazy, bronze-brass. Small, white head. Pineapple, lime, mango and sweet Riesling with cracker malts and highly estery yeast. Clean. Some galaxy spruce and cranberry. Soft, nicely dry. Good bitterness. Cranberry, passion fruit juice. Soft malty, honey and cracker, high attenuation. Pineapple is a bit strong here but otherwise solid.
