Crowler during an unexpected bottle share @On Tap. Clear, medium gold, very active. Smell is pineapple juice with a little green pepper. Mellow jalapeno, veg, big unexpected dessert apple sweetness. Slight aspirin. Pretty shitty if it was a Saison. More like a below average American Wheat. Pass.

8 oz draft pour at On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen in Dallas, Texas. The pour is an opaque black, brown with a minimal khaki head. The aroma is big coffee, chicory, and toasty malt. The taste is really soft, with sweet milk, coffee roast, malt caramel sweetness. All flavors meld together nicely. The palate is heavy to medium bodied with soft carbonation and the roast coffee, hickory and sweet lactose lingering in the finish. As advertised, nice one.

The aroma is soft citrus and pine hop. The taste is a somewhat muted balance of the citrus and pine hops and grain cracker malt. The palate is fully unfiltered, medium bodied with soft carbonation and a nice pine bitterness to the back.
