Slightly hazy, dark amber, frothy pint at Grrrowlers. Sweet cereal grain nose, murky, black pepper. Really sweet. Caramelly with a bit of citrus, lingering noble hop bite on the tail, saline. Aggressive carb, slightly numbing, a touch too strong. Meh.

Half pint at Grrrowlers while overlooking the chaos. Clear, honey gold, good froth. Sticky sweet & slightly spiced nose, maybe a touch of lemon. Sweet & only faintly bitter with weak hints of Belgian yeasties & fainter acid. Mildly entertaining but not exactly refreshing.

Shaker pint draft at Grrrowlers in The Colony, Texas. The pour is a clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is soft herbal yeast, floral with a hint of citrus. The taste is a clean balance of Belgian ale flavors, maybe a touch on the watery side. The palate is light to thin bodied with soft carbonation and the watery clean finish. Easy drinking.

On tap at Twisted Acre. Pours black with medium beige head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong spice, marshmallow, roast, cocoa. Slick body, cinnamon, marshmallow, dark chocolate, light dry finish, good.
