16 oz can purchased at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear brown with garnet and a 1.5 inch foamy tan head that is lasting. Head eventually falls with pretty lace. The aroma is soft toast, roast malt, along with a bit of a tobacco vegetal nutty earthy in there as well. Nice complex nose. The taste is a really clean blend of the nutty earthy, toasted malt balanced with a nice grassy earthiness and finishes with crisp mineral. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the clean mineral finish. Very drinkable beer.

16 oz can purchased at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden with a foamy one inch head that falls noisily and quickly, The aroma is mango fruit, grapefruit, pine resin and a soft dankness. The taste is a nice blend of the tropical fruit, grapefruit, the pine and cracker malt. The resin dank of the pine carries the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and a dry mineral resin lingering finish. Very easy to drink, and crazy fresh. Nice one.

16 oz draft shaker pint glass at Barley’s Brewhaus in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a golden yellow, crystal clear with a bunch of larger carbonation bubbles forming a foamy white head that leaves splotchy lace on the glass. The aroma is grass, hay, bright noble hops along with cereal grain malt. The taste is crisp and clean cereal grain malt, with softly sweet and the bright grass of the noble hops. Very bright and expressive flavors. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the crisp clean finish. Really nice German Pils.

Gift from PB, thanks man! Aromas are mainly hoppy, citrus, cat pee, onion and a bit of weed. Also some pale malt. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter and good carbonation to balance. Full-bodied and easy drinking. Nice stuff.

16 oz can purchased at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden with fine carbonation bubbles rising to the surface, which tops off with a two inch foamy white head that is quite lasting and leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is fresh cracker malt, bright herbal straw and nice bread character. The taste is crisp clean cracker malt with the straw, some floral, the herbal and adds a mineral character. The palate is light to medium bodied with active natural carbonation and the crisp super dry mineral finish. My kind of Pils.

16 oz can purchased at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear brilliant golden with a pure white 1/2 inch foamy head that leaves behind lasting lace. The aroma is cracker fresh malt, straw, herbal floral and clean mineral. The taste is a beautiful balance between the fresh cracker grain malt and the herbal, straw and floral hops. The mineral carries the back, and nicely dries out the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft unfiltered mouth feel and the lingering mineral and noble hop finish. Crazy fresh and delicious, my kind of beer.
