12 oz bottle purchased as a single at France 44 in Minneapolis. The pour is clear golden with a well formed one inch egg white head. Decent lacing left on the glass. The aroma is faint sweet cereal grain malt along with a bit of lime citrus. The taste is certainly focused on the cereal grain, which has a gritty earth flavor that shows as a bit dirty in the long finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and the dry somewhat dirty finish.

Pours a light yellow-gold, with no head to speak of. Very grassy aroma, some breadiness. Flavor is very grassy, too, without a whole lot of complexity underneath. It’s not a bad beer, but not anything special.

Pours a deep, clear copper-amber, with smallish head. Very fruity, floral aroma. Flavor is dominated by piney, bitter hops, with a bitter finish. Not a bad IPA at all. Very promising.
