Dark brown. Interesting aroma- rich chocolate and more overtly vinous that I'οΏ½d expect from a cognac barrel. On the palate it'οΏ½s full of cinnamon, which I wasn'οΏ½t expecting. This one'οΏ½s complex, a lot going on but it all comes together. Medium sweetness, decent bitterness.

On tap at Tap That!, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is very artificial, with perfumey notes, cinnamon and cocoa. Flavour is a little better, with strong cinnamon and cocoa, some perfumey notes, and sugars. Odd β can't shake the artificial character, as it's extremely pungent. Decent I guess.

16oz can pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice toasted malts some caramel sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet caramel malts toast nuts and a little hop.

On tap at Angels Trumpet House, pours a clear copper amber with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of alcohol, some floral fumes and caramel. Flavour is boozy and perfumey, with lots of brown sugar, perfumey floral notes and alcohol. Why age this in Jim Beam barrels? Rather harsh and boozy, but there's still some nice elements underneath. Good.
