Suddenly "big" entrepreneur: Today we have 20 fermentation and storage tanks in our brewery. Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Hazy gold with small white head. Aroma of bread, honey, dusty-floral hops. Decent lager malt complexity with biscuit, bread and cereals followed by a crisp finish with grassy hops with light floral and spice. Near medium bodied and prickly carbonation. Very good lager for the strength.

Pale yellow colour with thin head. Aroma of pale malt. Seems like there's some diacetyl in this one. Stinks a bit.

330ml bottle. Fantastic, opalescent, dark ruby colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty, minimally spicy malty and fruity hoppy aroma, hints of rye spiciness, cherry, red berries. Taste is slightly dry, spicy and minimally bready malty and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of rye spiciness, a touch of red berries. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Wonderful colour, nice nose, relatively simple and monotonous taste - not bad.
